RETURN AND COMPLAINT POLICY

We can not accept returns as we only deliver to order, and don't keep stock in Ireland. If you ordered but you change your mind: your order may not have been processed; in that case we may still be able to cancel or change your order so please contact us as soon as possible on dutchorganicbulb@gmail.com.

Complaints

We check the bulbs before we ship them out to you. When you receive the order please open the box immediately and plant the bulbs as soon as possible. If you cannot plant them immediately make sure you store the bulbs in a cool, dry, dark and well ventilated environment. 

Don't leave the bulbs or tubers in the box or in the paper bags as there needs to be an airflow for them not to go mouldy. 

Please check upon receipt of the delivery if everything is according to your expectations. If you are not happy with your delivery, please express your concern or complaint within two days after receiving the order. You can do this by sending an email to: dutchorganicbulbs@gmail.com. 

The buyer is obliged to report the complaint immediately upon receipt of the products. We will then do our best to find a solution together.
