SHIPPING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Ordering
Ordering on dutchorganicbulbs.com is easy: place the desired product in your shopping cart by clicking the 'add to cart' button. You can now choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. You can enter your details and complete your purchase through the payment process as described below.
Payment
Pay securely, confidently, and conveniently with the options given. You can checkout in your trusted payment environment and based on your bank's specific security methods. You'll use the same tools for payment as with internet banking . The payment is directly debited from your bank account. In that sense, it resembles a debit card payment.
Shipping
We carefully strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible after payment. Orders placed before the indicated 'ordering deadline', will be shipped at the next planned shipping day. (we combine orders and ship them once a month during the planting season:
- Summer flowering bulbs will be shipped mid March, mid April and mid May;
- Spring flowering bulbs will be shipped beginning of October, beginning of November and a last shipping moment at the beginning of December).
However, we may not always be able to fulfill this, as sometimes products are not in stock, which may delay the delivery of your order. If for any reason we cannot meet the delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.
The prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs.
Shipping costs:
€10 for orders under €100,- and free shipping for orders over €100,-
Delivery is handled by the postal worker or parcel delivery service of AnPost. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
