Gladioli

Gladioli are real summer bloomers and available in many colors. They have long green spikes, with many cheerful flowers on several sides of the stem. It is a flower bulb that almost always gives a beautiful result, both in the garden and as a cut flower in the vase.

They like a sunny position, preferably at the back. They grow long, so provide some support (a fence or a wall) to prevent them from falling over during flowering, or place sticks next to them to which you can tie them.
