Liatris florist alba, also known as the prairie feather, gay feather or button snakewort, blooms with stiffly upright white spikes.
Blooms from top to bottom with small white flowers and has narrow, grass-like leaves. Liatris is suitable for the garden, in containers or pots for the balcony and terrace, but also very suitable as a cut flower
Liatris does well in most types of garden soil, can be planted in sun or partial shade and is winter hardy.
